Here's the thing most people get wrong about the FlipPro plans: they assume the higher tier "unlocks more features". It doesn't.

You only spend a credit when you unlock a property's full investor-grade analysis — and once you do, that property stays unlocked for you permanently.

How credits work

One credit unlocks one property's Full Analysis. Your monthly plan tops your balance up:

• Basic — $9.99/mo: 2 credits a month. Good if you go deep on the odd deal.
• Pro — $39/mo: 10 credits a month. The sweet spot for most active investors, and the only plan with a 7-day free trial.
• Elite — $69/mo: 20 credits a month, plus priority support. For people running multiple deals at once.

Annual Pro and Elite save around 20% and grant the whole year's credits up front (120 and 240). Need more than your monthly credits in a busy month? Buy a one-off credit pack — they come in 1, 5 and 10-credit sizes and never expire.

So which one?

Count how many properties you realistically take all the way to a full analysis in a month.

Because every tool is included at every paid tier, you never have to upgrade to "get a feature" — only to get more credits. And if you guess low, a credit pack covers the gap without changing your plan.

A note on the trial

The 7-day free trial sits on Pro. New subscribers get full access free for a week (delivered automatically via Apple's Introductory Offer on iOS and the Google Play equivalent on Android — no code needed).
