FlipPro Pro vs Elite: which plan suits your stage

By Nicholas Gee··4 min read

Two paid tiers. One obvious question. Which one do I actually need?

Here's how I'd think about it if I was deciding today.

Free is right for you if:

You're researching the app, haven't done a deal yet, and want to test the AI on a property whose numbers you already know. Or you're using FlipPro to settle an argument with your accountant about whether a specific deal stacks up.

The Free tier gives you a few starter analyses. It's not a long-term answer because it caps at one saved property and one project. Use it as a sanity check, then upgrade.

Pro at $39 a month is right for you if:

You're actively shopping for deals and analysing 5 to 15 properties a month.

You want full access to the four analysis tools — Finder, URL Analyser, Deal Radar, and multi-strategy Feasibility — but you're comfortable running your project management in your existing tools (spreadsheet, WhatsApp, email).

Pro is the deal-analysis tier. You're paying for the AI's time on the analysis side. You don't need (or aren't ready for) the project workflow tools yet. Fifteen Full Analyses a month is enough for one solid deal week per month. Most active scanners use 8 to 12 and never run short.

Elite at $89 a month is right for you if:

Any of these are true:

You're doing more than one flip a year. You're flipping with a partner, business partner, or spouse. You're tired of managing tradie quotes and contacts in your inbox. You want priority support when something breaks.

Elite includes everything in Pro. On top, you get Projects (bundling property + feasibility + budget + contacts into one shareable place), Budget Tracker (forward a tradie's quote PDF and it auto-fills the budget line, creates the project contact, saves the tradie to your Black Book), Black Book (your private tradie directory that grows automatically across every flip), and project sharing with a partner. You also get 40 Full Analyses per month — more than double Pro's allowance — and priority support.

The honest pitch for Elite: if you're flipping with someone else, the project sharing alone tends to be worth it. The argument-prevention value is real. Add the Black Book compounding effect across your second and third deals and Elite usually pays for itself before the end of your first project.

There's also a 7-day free trial with the code 1WELITEFLIPPRO. Try it for a week on one project and decide.

Tired of inbox-as-budget-tracker?Elite (Budget Tracker)

What about credit packs?

If you're on Pro and run out of analyses one month, you can buy extras. Five credits for $19 ($3.80 each), 15 credits for $39 (matches Pro's monthly), 40 credits for $79 (matches Elite's allowance, cheaper than Elite for that one month).

Most people buy a credit pack once or twice and then upgrade to Elite permanently because they realise they're paying twice for less.
