1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FlipPro AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

FlipPro AI provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available property listing information. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could harm FlipPro AI or third parties.

4. No professional advice

All content and analysis provided by FlipPro AI is for general information only. You should conduct your own research and seek independent professional advice before making any property or investment decision.

5. Third-party content

FlipPro AI analyses data from third-party listing sources. We are not affiliated with and do not endorse any real estate platform. Accuracy of underlying listing data is the responsibility of those sources.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

FlipPro AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans. All listed prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. The web checkout, Apple App Store and Google Play may display localised prices where supported.

Every paid plan includes every premium tool. The plans differ in monthly analysis credits and active-project capacity — one credit unlocks one property's full analysis, which then stays unlocked for you permanently.

• Basic (Monthly) — AUD $9.99/month. Includes 2 analysis credits per month and every premium tool. Unlimited suburb search and browsing. No annual plan offered. No free trial.
• Pro (Monthly) — AUD $39.99/month. Includes 10 analysis credits per month and every premium tool. Unlimited suburb search and browsing.
• Pro (Annual) — AUD $369/year (about 23% less than paying monthly for a year). Same as Pro Monthly, with 120 analysis credits granted upfront for the year.
• Elite (Monthly) — AUD $69/month. Includes 20 analysis credits per month and every premium tool, plus priority support. Unlimited suburb search and browsing.
• Elite (Annual) — AUD $659/year (a 20% discount versus monthly). Same as Elite Monthly, with 240 analysis credits granted upfront for the year.

Active-project capacity: Basic: 1 active project · Pro: 3 · Elite: unlimited. The same limits apply to monthly and annual plans, including trials. Only active projects you own count. Sold, Archived and Completed projects, plus projects you are invited to, do not use a slot. Credit packs do not add project slots. Completed projects remain accessible under your workspace access. Reaching a limit blocks new active projects and reactivation, not edits to existing active projects. Downgrading does not delete projects. Existing paying subscribers at rollout keep unlimited active projects while they have paid access.

FlipPro AI also offers one-time credit packs that do not auto-renew, in 1, 5 and 10-credit sizes. Credits purchased via packs never expire and persist regardless of subscription status. Pack prices are shown in-app at the point of purchase. Credit packs do not increase active-project capacity.

Free Trial (eligible Pro and Elite products): Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial on trial-enabled Pro or Elite products offered through the web checkout, Apple App Store or Google Play. The checkout will show whether your selected product is trial-eligible before you confirm. No charge applies if you cancel during the trial. At the end of the 7-day trial, the regular subscription price will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Basic subscriptions do not include a free trial.

Free Searching & Browsing: A free account includes a one-time allowance of 10 suburb search locations and up to 3 saved properties. Reopening previously searched locations does not consume another search. Each location in a multi-location search counts toward the allowance; locations sharing the same state and postcode are grouped. Paid subscriptions include unlimited suburb searches. Basic includes 3 saved properties, 1 active owned project and 5 Black Book contacts; Pro includes 25 saved properties, 3 active owned projects and 20 contacts; Elite includes unlimited saved properties, active projects and contacts. Existing records are retained on downgrade; additions are restricted when an allowance is full. Existing protected paid subscribers retain their previously granted unlimited project allowance while paid access is valid. A credit is only consumed when you unlock a property's Full Analysis.

Subscription Credit Lifecycle: Monthly subscriptions grant analysis credits each billing cycle; annual subscriptions grant the full year's credits upfront (Pro 120, Elite 240). Unused subscription credits expire when that subscription billing cycle ends and the next cycle's allowance is granted. Once a property's Full Analysis has been unlocked with a credit, that property remains accessible to you permanently. Credit-pack purchases are separate, never expire, and are unaffected by subscription status.

Payment and Renewal: Web purchases are processed through RevenueCat Billing and its payment provider. Mobile purchases are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. The checkout shown before purchase identifies the price, trial (if any), billing interval and payment provider. Manage or cancel your subscription through the provider where you purchased it; FlipPro links you to the correct management destination where available.

Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the provider where it was purchased. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. App Store and Google Play refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. For web-billing support, contact support@flippro.ai. Except where required by applicable law, partial billing periods and completed one-time credit-pack purchases are not refundable.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
