How to delete your account

  1. Enter the email address associated with your FlipPro account below.
  2. Click "Request Account Deletion".
  3. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  4. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account information — email address, user profile, authentication credentials
  • Saved properties — all bookmarked and saved property listings
  • Analysis history — all property analyses you have requested
  • Projects — all investment projects and associated notes
  • Search history — saved searches and alert preferences
  • Credit balance — any remaining analysis credits (non-refundable)
  • Subscription data — subscription status and purchase history
Retention note: Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for product improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion. Active subscriptions will be cancelled as part of the deletion process.
