A renovation allowance is a starting point. Supplier quotes turn it into a scope you can price and compare. In Flip Pro, open your project and choose Budget.
The summary separates the renovation target from selected renovation quotes. In this demonstration project, the target is two hundred and twenty thousand dollars. Three selected items total seventy thousand eight hundred dollars. The remaining allowance is not a saving. There is still work that has not been priced.
Use the renovation quote schedule to see All items, Selected items, work that Needs selection, or Unpriced work. That helps you find the gaps before a partial set of quotes makes the project look cheaper than it is.
Open an item, such as Plumbing. The quote editor shows the supplier, amount and selected status. Selecting a quote puts that price into the renovation budget. Accepting it is a separate action, for when the supplier is actually committed.
You can enter supplier details and scope, use a project contact, or choose a quote document for review. The screen explains that extracted information needs checking before it enters the budget. Keep the scope, inclusions and supporting document with the price so comparisons are meaningful.
Now look at the project pro forma. Acquisition, holding and selling assumptions stay separate from renovation quotes. Selected-quote all-in uses the prices selected so far. Target all-in retains the full renovation allowance. That distinction helps you see what is still missing from the quote coverage.
Return to the unpriced items, obtain the remaining quotes, and keep the working feasibility current. A selected quote is a planning input; it is not proof that an invoice has been paid.
