Compare & Decision Pack

When two properties look promising, put the evidence beside each other. In Flip Pro, the comparison workspace lets you select two to four saved properties and review the differences in one place.

Start with properties you have already investigated. Select them in the chooser and the comparison opens below. Each property shows how many decision metrics are available. Missing information stays unknown, rather than becoming a zero.

Read across the table to compare scores and asking prices. Review the renovation cost and estimated end value, then consider the profit and risk together. Then look at the supporting details, including the strategy, verdict and maximum offer. Check the underlying report and return definitions before treating any two percentages as directly comparable.

The top-pick label uses the available data. A metric is counted only when at least two properties have a real value, and ties can count for both. It is a comparison aid, not a recommendation to buy. A higher estimated profit can come with a larger renovation scope or a higher risk assessment.

The visual comparison helps you spot those differences. Use Open to return to the underlying property and investigate whatever would change your decision. Missing evidence is a reason to ask another question.

For a project-level summary, open your project and choose Decision pack. The preview brings together the property, due-diligence briefing, financial position, saved feasibility scenarios, renovation quote schedule and project contacts. Review the information before using Print or Save PDF.

The pack keeps the renovation target separate from selected quotes and wider project costs. Unpriced work remains a visible gap. Use the comparison to decide what to investigate next, and the decision pack to keep the reasoning and assumptions together.
