Once you've assessed a deal, the next challenge is keeping the work together. Flip Pro's Projects workspace brings the property, feasibility, renovation budget and people into one place.

Start in Projects. Search for the project you want, or filter the portfolio by its current status. Selecting a project shows its snapshot and shortcuts, so you can return directly to the property evidence, working feasibility, budget or contacts. We're using a prepared demonstration project.

Open the full project and start with Overview. Project Readiness shows which essentials are in place: a linked property, a saved feasibility, a renovation budget, a selected quote and a project contact. Readiness is a setup check. It does not mean the property has passed due diligence.

The investigation summary keeps outstanding checks visible. Open Property to review the evidence and next actions. Quick Stats and Feasibility Assumptions show the active case, including the renovation target, quotes, cash required and estimated profit. Check which assumptions the figures are using before you rely on them.

The workspace tabs keep each part of the job accessible. Feasibility holds the working numbers. Budget separates the renovation quote schedule from acquisition, holding and selling costs. Contacts connects the delivery team with the work they have priced.

Keep your project notes and lifecycle status current as the deal progresses. Use the project as the place you return to, so your next decision starts with the same evidence, assumptions and team information. Open a project in Flip Pro and check the next incomplete step.
